"Fantasy for Two" is a two piano western classical concert by two experienced pianists from Belarus Natallia K Kapylova and Liudmila Alizzarchyk, living in Bangalore. They have got together to present an unusual programme ranging from Romantic composers like Schubert & Debussy, Brahms & the Russian Tchaikovsky, and Piazzolla, the 20th Century Argentine tangos composer, whose creations will liven up the evening. Anand Seshadri, a Chennaite, is a passionate musician born in a non-musical family. Though being an engineering graduate with distinction, his intense passion and love for music always pushed him towards the goal of becoming a performer. Western Music Education Association (WMEA) excited to announce the first National School Choir competition, “Festival of Choirs”, as part of our 3rd annual music education conference. The Festival is scheduled for Saturday, July 22nd at the Blue Bells International School, New Delhi. The adjudicators this year will include senior voice/music professionals from the USA and India.
The 3rd Annual Conference of WMEA will be a landmark event marking the formation of WEMA as a Non-Profit company. Jan Sham Brouwer received the 2012 scholarship from Dutch Government and passed his B.Mus under Julia Dinerchtein-Zemtsov at the Conservatory of Maastricht in 2016. He plays frequently with many orchestras including the Ricciotti Ensemble in Amsterdam. One of his favourite chamber music is the Mahler piano quartet. Jan Sham played Dvorak’s “The American” string quartet in the Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam. He played solo concerts, the Hoffmeister viola concerto and Bruch Romanze op. 85, in the Vredenburgh Concert Hall in Utrecht. […]
