Child’s Play India Foundation presents the Steinhaus-Orchester Besigheim on 26 May 2016, 6.30 pm, Menezes Braganza Panjim on the Goa leg of their 2016 India tour.
The Steinhaus-Orchester is a woodwind and brass orchestra with musicians from the area of Ludwigsburg, near Stuttgart, Germany. The orchestra is conducted by Music Director Roland Haug. The concert programme features waltzes, polkas, marches and folk music from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. Several instruments such as tuba, euphonium, bass, clarinet etc that are not often seen or heard on the Goan stage will feature at this concert. This will be an unforgettable evening, for young and old alike.
All proceeds from the concert go towards the work of Child’s Play India Foundation. Donation passes are available at Furtados Music Stores in Goa.
