The Madras Musical Association choir, along with the Coimbatore Chamber Chorale performed four shows in Vienna, between the 8th and 17th of June 2016. Here’s a glimpse of the Choir’s journey:

The 45 member choir comprising The MMA and The Coimbatore Chamber Chorale, performed Bruckner’s three motets – Ave Maria, Graduale and Os Justi:

Rehearsals for “Requiem”- Verdi, took place at the Nepomuk Church, Nestroyplatz and the 45 member choir was joined by the University of Vienna Choir & Orchestra:3.1

There were posters all over the city of the concert, that was to take place between the 13th and 15th of June:


The Choir performed Verdi’s “Messa da Requiem” on the 13th and 14th of June, at the Nepomuk Church, Nestroyplatz in Vienna:
