Piano Recital by Zoraver Mehta

A recital by teenaged pianist, Zoraver Mehta, who is the all-India topper of the Advanced Grade Piano Certificate examination conducted by Trinity College London. An eclectic programme, encompassing all the periods of Western classical music for piano, from Scarlatti and Mozart to Chopin and Rachmaninoff will be performed. One of the highlights is the pianist’s arrangement of, and improvisation on , some of the best-known jazz standards of the early 20th century.
