Soprano Julia Sophie Wagner was raised in the musical tradition of Johann Sebastian Bach, the interpretation of his work is what she is especially known for. In addition to having studied at the Music Academies Weimar and Leipzig with Venceslava Hruba-Freiberger and Hans-Joachim Beyer, as well as at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, with Lucile Evans, Wagner has attended masterclasses with Edith Wiens, Peter Schreier, Ingrid Figur and Graham Johnson. She has not only performed all over the world, but has won several prizes in prestigious competitions as well as scholarships from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Leipzig Opera, among others. Jérôme Voisin is the principal clarinet of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France since 2006. He founded the Ensemble Pasarela in 2010 (Maud Lovett, violin, Bruno Maurice, accordion, Frédéric Lagarde, piano), dedicated to classical and traditional music from South America. Voisin teaches clarinet and chamber music at Boulogne Billancourt National Conservatory of Music in Paris as well as at the Pôle Supérieur Paris Boulogne-Billancourt. He is invited all over the world to give masterclasses and is endorsed by Yamaha Music Europe. Pianist Oliver Triendl is committed to romantic and contemporary music, a fact that is reflected in more than 100 CD recordings by him. As a soloist, Triendl has performed with many renowned orchestras, including the Munich Philharmonic, Polish Chamber Philharmonic and Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, among several others. Triendl, a native of Mallersdorf, Bavaria, where he was born in 1970, and a prize-winner at many national and international competitions, studied under Rainer Fuchs, Karl-Heinz Diehl, Eckart Besch, Gerhard Oppitz and Oleg Maisenberg. He has performed at festivals in Europe’s major music centres as well as in North and South America, South Africa, Russia and Asia.
